Remuneration and Benefits

1.Start-up funds for scientific research

?Humanity：No less than RMB 80,000

?Social Science: No less than RMB 120,000

2.Salary

?Doctor of distinguished talents: No less than RMB 210,000 per year (before tax)

?Other doctors: No less than RMB 180,000 per year (before tax)

P.S. :“One case one discussion”policy is suitable for outstanding talents, besides, good rewards for high-level scientific researches are included.

3.Housing policy

?Free apartment of 130 square meters can be provided in the first employment term, and housing allowance can be provided with the continued employment.
